Malta Tourist Information Service

International Animal Rescue and a number of other European animal welfare groups have launched a Tourist Information Service specifically about animal welfare and the environment.

Through a European network, tourists visiting the island of Malta will be able to gain information on the island before reaching its shores. Questions will be channeled from all the international groups concerned and answered by IAR Malta. We will also help the tourists during their stay in Malta if they are faced with environmental issues or encounter a stray animal. In this respect, a strong bond already exists with tourists from Britain, and Germany. Visitors to the island can contact us either before they arrive or during their stay.
